1. Who will benefit from my car donation?

Your tax-deductible donation will go a long way in supporting AIDS Research Alliance, a classified 501(c)(3) charity, in its life-saving work. Over 8,000 people die of AIDS every day, while millions more with HIV may lose a third of their life spans. With your support, ARA can continue their research to find a cure for HIV/AIDS — and help realize our dream of an HIV-free generation.

2. Will there be any cost to me?

There is absolutely no cost to you. Just fill out the online car donation form, or call one of our friendly Vehicle Donation Operators at 310-358-2423 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, and they will help with your concerns.

3. What condition does my car have to be in to donate it?

We accept most vehicles running or not (exceptions include fire damaged or stripped vehicles). To confirm, fill out the online car donation form, or call one of our friendly Vehicle Donation Operators at 310-358-2423 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.

4. What documents do I need to donate my car?

We would like the title/pink slip to the vehicle, but it is possible to donate without them. Just call one of our friendly Vehicle Donation Operators at 310-358-2423 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, and he/she will guide you through the easy donation process. On arrival the tow truck driver who is professionally licensed, bonded and insured, will help you with all paperwork.

6. What if I don’t have my title/pink slip?

It is possible to donate without the title/pink slip. Please call one of our friendly Vehicle Donation Operators at 310-358-2423 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, and they will help you.

7. What areas do you service?

We take donations nationwide.
Pick up is always free. There is no cost to you. We will come to your home or office at a time convenient to you. Because of the generosity of the public, we run a nationwide program.
